Simran is a journalist turned development professional. At CEEP, she maps the dynamic requirements of outreach, shapes communication outputs, and explores new avenues of stakeholder engagement, making research more accessible and actionable.

With a background in child protection and child rights, she has since focused on development communications. She believes in documenting and communicating not just ground realities, but also the often unseen work and process that goes into shaping CEEP’s work.

She holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies and a PG Diploma in Journalism. In her free time, Simran binge-watches OTT shows, attempts to recreate Instagram recipes, goes café hopping, and most importantly, makes failed plans of exploring Jaipur.
