Lalit drives grassroots initiatives at CEEP, leveraging his in-depth understanding of Rajasthan’s cultural, demographic, and political landscape to foster meaningful dialogues and strategic partnerships. His work focuses on advocacy through on-the-ground research in energy policy and fostering strategic partnerships with civil society organisations and community leaders.

Before joining CEEP, Lalit worked in media research and communications. In his leisure time, he enjoys exploring Hindi poetry and engaging in enriching discussions with like-minded individuals. His favourite quote, “The mind of an ordinary man is truly near the heart” by Aurobindo Ghosh, reflects his approach to work and life.
